In Home
Often, the best place to talk to your consumers is where they feel the
most comfortable. For many, that place is the home - they're literally on
their home turf. In-home interviewing is an opportunity to set an
informal, upbeat tone for research and can be a great setting for
sensitive subjects. We're able to learn what people truly think and how
people live and interact with a given product or service. We've conducted
in-home interviews at kitchen tables, in living rooms and on patios al
across America, both during the day and in the evening. So whether you're
interested in seeing how someone actually sets up a new VCR after they
take it out of the box, how much detergent they use with each load, or how
many times they go to the fridge after 8pm, in-home interviewing is the
best way to get results.
